Dear Friends,

OVERVIEW

“Would You Turn Your Back on Litter?”

This week we had a member holding her birthday bash with a difference! Natasha together with her father who is a member too, and with their family and friends came to Waterways Watch at Kallang and celebrated the day with a clean-up activity. About 20 of her friends came and they went out on bike and boat to have a ‘trashing’ time! She has everything to be grateful for her auspicious day, and not taking things for granted, she shared her joy, belief and passion with her friends to pick up litter and understanding the challenges facing Clean and Safe Singapore.  It was good to learn that her friends also had a meaningful experience attending her birthday party.

Waterways Watch Society would like to thank Natasha for her gallant action of spreading the message of keeping our environment and our waterways clean and safe on her special day. She did not turn her back on litter. Well Done!
