Dear Members,
Just to update all of you, while we, unfortunately, had to cancel our popular weekend patrols (as a prudent measure), it is nice to share with you that our admin and site leaders were still active, but on a smaller scale.During these past two weeks, Admin has been doing a lot of research to update our presentation materials, training new admin leaders and of course housekeeping. We have cleared and cleaned our office premises, fumigated the surroundings and working shorter hours during the week. We did one Bicycle OJT, one full-day OJT for the group visiting three reservoirs (Seletar, Yishun, and Pang Sua) to capitalise on our downtime period and Wai Tong did an outdoor hike to Bukit Timah hill on Sunday. Thanks to Lawrence and team, Punggol still did weekday patrols and housekeeping and to Louis and team for doing housekeeping on both Sundays.Happy to share that during this lull period, we received new visitors at Kallang- a family of whistling ducks and a blooming garden thanks to Wendy n Team.We are doing important maintenance work and more importantly, preparation for a surge in our VIA Programs once we are back to normal (hopefully and prayerfully, very soon). We will be calling on our usual members for support once our programs resume so, prepare yourselves. Get ready for weekend patrols as well.Keep in touch and stay safe everyone.Thank you.
Best regards,
