Water for all Singaporeans!

Dear Friends,

If you have read our report last week, this one will be slightly shorter, but definitely not any worse.

Probably after the long weekend, we did not have many programmes, but our members were still out in full force to ensure the cleanliness of our waters. Our bike patrols and gardeners continued to clean up the area and we still had a decent force of 44 members!

As for our power boats this past weekend, we were invited to support the T100 Triathlon World Tour 2025 at Marina Reservoir. The reservoir was thoroughly cleaned by our PUB contractors to prepare for the race and we supported to ensure the safety of the athletes. It was an honour for us to be involved in such a huge global event. Our boat drivers did a great job supporting this International Event in their various roles assigned.

It is encouraging to see that our reservoirs are clean enough to be hosting global events and we hope that this can continue for Singapore; but for that to happen, everyone one of us have to put in the effort to make it a reality.
