Dear Friends,
It was a very short week. We had half-day work on Tuesday and even Friday. The year ended with a simple lunch for those working on Chinese New Year’s Eve. Weekend patrols were relatively well supported with 16 members present doing boat, bike and gardening on Saturday; and another 14 on Sunday doing boat and gardening. Saturday team members had yu sheng bought by president, Joo Kek, as it was our first members’ patrol for this year of the Snake. We will slowly resume our programmes next week, ramping back to normal after Chap Goh Meh (the fifteenth and last day of the Chinese New Year). Thank you once again for our very dedicated group of member volunteers. You are a blessing to our society!
