Dear Friends,

OVERVIEW

It’s business as usual, with still plenty of litter!

The week continued with programmes for schools and corporates, but some free slots between were dedicated to training of new facilitators – Wet Weather and Boat Programmes. In total, 20 facilitators attended the training sessions.

We completed 2 School programmes (West Spring Secondary School & Small Wonder Preschool), and 6 Corporate programmes (Workforce Singapore Agency, Marina Properties Pte Ltd, UOB, Nomura, ServiceNow, and Ernst & Young). It was on certain days hectic with back-to-back programmes and even though there was not much rain during the week, we still managed to collect 283kg of litter with the programmes for the week.

Member duties collected 55kg for the week with 53 members participating. Sunday duty at Marina was delayed due to rain and we only managed about an hour of duty. The week also had our safety boat bookings with Pesta Sukan – a total of 3 days.
