Dear Friends,
It was the one week break – March School Holidays. We did a WWE SUPER programme for Frontier Primary School (sponsored by Solvay) for 20 students. We also had an inhouse screening of movie “A Plastic Ocean” (30 pax) for our members. We also had our WWD Family Carnival (400 pax) on the 18th March 2018. The Family Day Carnival was better than last year and we had an enjoyable and meaningful time. More can be read from our social media websites.
There were two safety boat support done during the week as well. There were no weekend patrols done at Marina or Punggol as our members were all actively involved in our carnival. However, our weekday patrol group at Punggol engaged three groups. One engagement was also done at Kallang during the week. All complied. There was no anti-littering engagement done for the week.
At Punggol, we also accepted the delivery of our half-container office store.
